ショートムービープラットフォーム「TikTok（ティックトック）」は、「TikTok Awards Japan 2022」を開催し、2022年にTikTokで活躍したクリエイターを表彰する「oo Creator of the Year」17部門の受賞者を発表した。
今年、TikTokで日本においてもっとも活躍したクリエイターである「Creator of the Year」は、“飯テロ動画”が人気のクリエイター・バヤシ Bayashiに決定。国内のTikTokクリエイターのなかでは、年間の動画再生回数、フォロワー獲得数が最多となった。
また、TikTokユーザーが「今年もっとも好きになったクリエイター」を選ぶ「Popular Creator of the Year」は、ユーザー投票において、最多得票数を得たイラスト系クリエイターのみいるかに決定。
そして、年間で急激な活躍を見せたTikTokクリエイターを表彰する「Rising Creator of the Year」は、今年100万人以上のフォロワー数を獲得した名古屋の飲食店、YADUKI／居酒屋 哉月に決定した。
また、TikTokに投稿されている動画の内容により、さまざまな分野でもっとも活躍したクリエイターを、次の14部門の「oo Creator of the Year」として決定した。受賞者は次の通り。

「oo Creator of the Year」では、2022年に投稿された動画の総再生数、いいね数、フォロワー増加数などから総合的に判断し、各分野においてノミネートを発表し、最終的には合計400万票以上を集めたユーザーの投票によって各部門の「oo Creator of the Year」を決定した。
